Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company seeking licensed therapists to provide remote telehealth services from home with flexible days and hours.

You will collaborate with psychiatric providers and counselors in a team-based format, participate in monthly case discussions, and deliver evidence-based care. Full-time clinicians may qualify for medical insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical work performed from home with days and hours chosen by the clinician.
• Collaborate actively in a team-based format to coordinate between psychiatric and counselor providers.
• Participate in regular monthly staff meetings and case discussions.
