Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to provide psychotherapy via telehealth from home. You choose your days and hours, with monthly team meetings conducted virtually to support coordinated care.

We emphasize collaboration between psychiatric prescribers and counselors, with rapid caseload growth and autonomy to serve patients while maintaining high-quality, evidence-based care. Licensure in multiple states is welcomed to extend service areas.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC and open to licensing in multiple states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy via telehealth from home with patient-centered care.
• Collaborate monthly with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases.
• Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers to ensure continuity and quality.
