Job summary

Savvy is transforming the insurance experience with a remote-first, customer-centered approach. The Licensed P&C Insurance Service Advisor will deliver high-quality service, handle complex interactions, and drive growth through renewals and cross-sells across multiple carriers.

Based remotely in the United States, you will partner with Sales, Training, and Operations to ensure accurate, compliant decisions and exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in a service, retention, or sales support role.
• Licensing in at least 10 states (Property & Casualty or Personal Lines).
• Retention-focused mindset with proven ability to prevent cancellations and cross-sell.
• Exceptional communicator with clear, confident, empathetic style.
• Tech-forward and analytical, able to navigate multiple carrier systems and CRMs.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work with limited oversight.
• Change champion in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to policyholders via phone, email, and SMS with prompt, personable support.
• Retain and grow customers by managing renewals and identifying at-risk accounts.
• Drive revenue through consultative selling, quoting and binding additional lines.
• Interpret and analyze policies and endorsements for compliant decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Training, and Operations for smooth handoffs and consistency.
• Master CRM tools, raters, and carrier portals for major insurers.
• Champion efficiency by leveraging automation to improve workflows.
