Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Licensed P&C Insurance Service Advisor (LSA) to deliver exceptional service to policyholders, handle renewals and cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue through consultative selling. This remote role is open to candidates in most U.S.

states and requires a P&C license in 10 states with 2–3 years of personal lines experience. You will navigate multiple carrier platforms and CRMs to support customers, reduce churn, and ensure accurate, compliant decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of personal lines insurance experience in service, retention, or sales support.
• Active Property & Casualty license in at least 10 states.
• Retention-focused mindset with success in preventing cancellations and cross-selling.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex insurance concepts.
• Tech-enabled with ability to navigate carrier systems and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to policyholders via phone, email, and SMS.
• Manage renewals, identify at-risk accounts, and present competitive solutions.
• Drive revenue through consultative selling and cross-selling.
• Interpret policies and endorsements to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Operations for smooth handoffs.
• Master CRM tools, comparative raters, and carrier portals from major insurers.
• Improve workflows with automation and data-driven insights.
