Savvy, a Gen Digital Company, is seeking a P&C Insurance Sales Team Lead to drive revenue by leading a remote call center team of agents. You will coach, monitor performance, and optimize daily call center activities to meet ambitious goals.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll analyze data, review reports, and champion best-in-class sales practices while maintaining a strong focus on agent and customer empathy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Insurance expert with ability to guide P&C decisions.
• Creative problem-solver contributing to strategic direction.
• Analytical mindset to identify data requirements and review reports.
• Performance-oriented, able to motivate others.
• Strong empathy for agents and customers.
• Bonus: experience with early-stage or high-growth tech startups.
