Qualifications

• 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in service, retention or sales support.
• Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states.
• Proven ability to prevent cancellations, rewrite business and cross-sell.
• Clear, confident and empathetic communication; builds trust quickly.
• Navigate multiple carrier systems and CRMs; interpret data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and SMS to policyholders.
• Retain and grow customers by managing renewals and reducing churn.
• Drive revenue through consultative selling and cross-sell opportunities.
• Interpret policies and endorsements to make compliant decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Training, and Operations for smooth handoffs.
• Master CRM tools and carrier portals for major insurers.
