and leverages multiple carrier platforms. You will use CRM systems and carrier portals to ensure accurate, compliant decisions and top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of personal lines insurance experience in a service, retention, or sales support role.
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in at least 10 states.
• Proven success preventing cancellations, rewriting business, and cross-selling.
• Clear, confident, and empathetic communicator with ability to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to policyholders via phone, email, and SMS.
• Retain and grow customers by managing renewals and cross-selling when appropriate.
• Drive revenue through consultative selling and binding additional coverage.
• Interpret and analyze policies and endorsements to ensure compliant decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Operations for smooth handoffs.
• Master CRM tools and carrier portals for major insurers.
• Use data to drive workflow improvements and performance metrics.
