Job summary

Day One Insurance Group, an Allstate Elite Agency, is seeking a remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service role. You’ll handle cancellation calls, review coverages and discounts, and help customers stay with Allstate without quotas or aggressive selling.

Requirements include an active P&C license, 3+ years Allstate agency experience, and strong communication skills to calm, persuade, and resolve issues with customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Allstate agency experience 3+ years preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills: calm, persuasive, and confident with frustrated customers.

You're the person customers talk to before they leave. Daily responsibilities

• Taking cancellation and rate-increase calls and working to keep the policy
• Reviewing coverage and discounts to find a better fit within Allstate
• Following up on pending cancellations and lapses before it's too late
• Being calm, patient, and clear with customers who are upset

Compensation

~$22/hour with 3+ years of Allstate experience; exceptional candidates with less experience considered at $20/hour

~ Retention bonuses when retention improves

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30 Central. Fully remote.

Requirements

• Texas residents preferred
• Occasional cross-sell opportunities pay 10% commission, uncapped.
