Job summary

True Financial Lending is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Headquarters in Southfield with remote flexibility. This inside sales role focuses on closing residential and commercial loans, leveraging prescreened live leads and a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

We offer an uncapped commission structure, multiple pay plans, and strong branding support to help you build a referral network with Realtors, Builders, Investors, etc.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
