True Financial is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Southfield HQ. This full-time inside sales role focuses on closing residential and commercial loans, with live leads delivered directly to your desk.

We offer uncapped commissions, multiple pay plans, warm live transfers, branding support, and remote work flexibility to top producers. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of originations, an active NMLS license, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Competenze

Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
Active NMLS license in good standing.
Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Mansioni

Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound
Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
