True Financial in Southfield, MI is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer for a full-time inside-sales role. You will work with live-transfer leads, close residential and/or commercial loans, and collaborate with processing and underwriting to drive timely closings.

The position offers remote flexibility and a fast-paced, start-up-like environment with strong branding support and growth opportunities for top producers.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and build rapport immediately.
• Evaluate borrower profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Handle multiple lead sources including inbound, transfers and outbound.
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering excellent customer service.
