Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 1–3 years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Must reside in Texas.
• Willingness to transition to Account Manager within 6–9 months.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Process policy changes and assist with billing questions.
• Verify client contact details and update records in agency systems.
• Make outbound calls to clients and carriers to resolve questions.
• Build strong relationships to support retention and loyalty.
• Identify client needs and potential for additional coverage.
