You will prospect new clients, create quotes, round out client accounts, and obtain referrals, while building lifelong relationships with clients through a high-touch, personalized service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of personal lines sales experience and a Property and Casualty license, with a willingness to learn and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, and be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• 1-3 years of prior personal lines sales experience preferred.
• A team player with a positive attitude who is goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based on prospective clients' needs and their personal goals.
