Job summary

Integrityfex is seeking a Sales Account Executive to reach out to prospective clients interested in life insurance. You will educate, assess client needs, and present suitable coverage options, guiding them through the application process.

This is a remote, performance-based independent contractor opportunity offering flexible hours, onboarding and ongoing mentorship, and access to multiple national carriers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time-management skills.
• License preferred or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow carrier licensing, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
