Job summary

Guardian Service in the Texas market is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join a high-growth sales team. This full-time, remote role focuses on building strong client relationships, presenting coverage options, and securing the best protection for homeowners and other personal lines.

You’ll leverage a steady inbound lead pipeline to grow your portfolio, balance new business with ongoing service, and contribute to a collaborative culture that rewards performance with a competitive base salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of high volume sales experience.
• 1+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A passion for customer success.
• Texas Market Experience: Must have an active Property & Casualty license and demonstrated experience selling personal lines in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and trust through a consultative sales approach, guiding clients to fully understand their insurance options and select the most suitable carrier.
• Educate clients on the value of Guardian Service's offerings.
• Sell and service home, auto, umbrella / liability and other personal insurance products.
• Foster strong client relationships that drive referrals and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and consistently check on clients’ coverage needs.
• Provide valuable feedback and contribute to company growth.
