Allstate Insurance is hiring for a remote Sales Representative in the United States. You will engage with insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other channels from a home office, using consultative sales to close opportunities.

The role requires an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain one with company support), a high school diploma, reliable internet, and strong communication skills. Base pay is $18/hour with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Ability to obtain licenses with Allstate's support if unlicensed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to work independently and hold yourself accountable.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary method of customer engagement.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours to meet call volume and service expectations.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live customer interactions.
• Adhere to assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business coverage needs.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while actively engaged with customers.
