Job summary

RealPage Insurance is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent I to serve renters nationwide, handling inbound inquiries and guiding policy details. You will work in a structured contact center, delivering focused first-call resolutions while documenting interactions in RealPage’s CRM.

The company covers licensing costs and provides comprehensive training to set you up for success. You must obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to type 30+ WPM while speaking with customers.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools at once.
Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound calls (50–80/day, peak seasons back-to-back).
Process policy servicing transactions including payments, billing questions, rewrites, and edits.
Assist with website navigation and basic troubleshooting.
