Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, matching insurance coverages to customer needs and converting leads into policyholders. From day one you will start paid training in a remote environment, with licensing included if you do not already hold a Property & Casualty license.

Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
