Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on the right coverage and products to convert leads into policyholders.

From day one you will train in a remote environment; licensing is included if not currently held. Expect 16 weeks of training for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires, with comprehensive benefits and a schedule including weekdays and one weekend day.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred or required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities to close sales.
• Ability to communicate clearly with prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Property and Casualty license required after hire or license training provided.

Responsibilities
