Job summary

Integrity FEX is expanding its remote life insurance sales team and seeking licensed Final Expense Agents to engage prospective clients by phone. You will assess needs, present coverage options, and guide applicants through the insurance process from a remote setting.

Ideal candidates are licensed life insurance producers with strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to maintain client records and complete applications while meeting compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone.
• Ability to conduct professional needs-based sales conversations.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote work schedule.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• Previous final expense or life insurance sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage.
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments.
• Identify each client's coverage goals, budget, and insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Present appropriate coverage options based on client needs and eligibility.
• Assist clients with completing insurance applications.
• Follow up with clients throughout the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Utilize company-supported sales systems and carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and carrier education.
