Job summary

Integrity FEX is expanding its remote life insurance sales team and seeks licensed Final Expense Agents to connect with prospective clients by phone. You will assess needs, explain options, and guide applications in a performance-driven, remote work environment.

Applicants should be licensed life insurance producers with strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Previous final expense experience is a plus; training and carrier education are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage.
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments.
• Identify client coverage goals, budget, and insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Present appropriate coverage options based on client needs and eligibility.
• Assist clients with completing insurance applications.
• Follow up with clients through the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Utilize company-supported sales systems and carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and carrier education.
• Follow applicable insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirements.
