As a Licensed Final Expense Agent, you will understand client needs, explain coverage options, provide recommendations, and assist with the insurance application process in a remote, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License is required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage.
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments.
• Identify each client's coverage goals, budget, and insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Present appropriate coverage options based on client needs and eligibility.
• Assist clients with completing insurance applications.
• Follow up with clients throughout the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Utilize company-supported sales systems and carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and carrier education.
