Integrity FEX is expanding its remote life insurance sales team and seeking licensed Final Expense Agents who are motivated, professional, and capable of helping clients by phone. The role involves speaking with prospective clients, needs assessments, explaining coverage options, and assisting with the insurance application process.

We require an active Life Insurance Producer License and prefer agents with final expense or life insurance sales experience.

Formación

• Active Life Insurance Producer License required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone.
• Ability to conduct professional needs-based sales conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage.
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments.
• Identify each client's coverage goals, budget, and insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Present appropriate coverage options based on client needs and eligibility.
• Assist clients with completing insurance applications.
• Follow up with clients throughout the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Utilize company-supported sales systems and carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and carrier education.
• Follow applicable insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirements.
