Job summary

Integrity FEX is expanding its remote sales team and seeking licensed final expense agents who can conduct needs-based conversations by phone. You will explain coverage options, guide clients through the application process, and stay compliant with carrier guidelines.

This remote, performance-driven role offers access to multiple carriers, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities for licensed agents across the United States.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life Insurance Producer required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and conducting needs-based sales conversations.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments
• Identify client coverage goals, budget, and insurance needs
• Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally
• Present appropriate coverage options based on client needs and eligibility
• Assist clients with completing insurance applications
• Follow up with clients through application and underwriting process
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
• Utilize company-supported sales systems and carrier platforms
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and carrier education
• Follow insurance regulations, carrier guidelines and compliance requirements
