Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of clinical setting experience after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Full, active license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in EHR systems; NextGen desirable.
• Strong computer literacy across common software.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Regularly meet with patients for counseling and adjust plans.
• Assess progress and involve families when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
