Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of clinical work after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Active LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Proficient with EHR systems; NextGen preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and follow individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans.
• Conduct ongoing progress assessments.
• Involve and advise family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals to surrounding communities.
