Job summary

Headlight, a clinician-led behavioral health provider, seeks licensed clinicians to join a team that balances autonomy with institutional support. Our model prioritizes patient care while Headlight handles insurance, billing, and marketing, using Blueprint AI to capture session notes and maximize meaningful client interaction.

You will work with a collaborative team and have the backing of experienced executive therapists and psychiatrists to guide case consultations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist per location.
• Minimum 12 months of clinical setting experience after full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise families when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals to surrounding communities.
