Qualifications

• 12 months clinical experience after full licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist license by location.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Maintain licensure and professional certifications as employed.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients and provide counseling.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and follow-up.
• Involve families when appropriate and guide care decisions.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
