Concentrix is seeking an Assistant Regulatory Compliance — License Coordinator to support onboarding, licensing, and related compliance activities for our client program. This Work at Home role is US-based with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Act as site-level onboarding and licensing contact between Vendor and Client.
• Oversee and report on timely licensing and appointment of agents.
• Order and schedule fingerprinting for new hires where applicable.
• Follow up to answer questions and meet state requirements and timelines.
• Manage additional onboarding activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate agent/representative attribute files.
• Build and maintain relationships with trainers.
