CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a Compliance Administrative Coordinator to support regulatory activities across home health, personal care and hospice operations. The role emphasizes licensing, documentation and ongoing compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You'll track deadlines, prepare filings, and collaborate with HR, clinical leadership and operations to ensure timely submissions and audit readiness. The position is remote within the United States and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years administrative experience, preferably in healthcare/regulated settings.
• Experience managing licenses, registrations, and regulatory deadlines is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master calendar of licenses, permits, registrations and renewals.
• Prepare and submit filings and regulatory updates within deadlines.
• Coordinate with HR, operations and credentialing teams on documentation.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper compliance files for audits.
• Help prepare for state, federal and accreditation surveys and inspections.
