Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Licensing) to handle licensing, payroll tax registrations, sales tax registrations, nonprofit filings and related compliance tasks in a hybrid USA setting. You will serve as the main client contact, ensuring timely filings and accurate records.<\/p>

Ideal candidates have licensing/compliance experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Office visits available nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Experience in licensing, payroll, sales tax registrations, nonprofit filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding licensing, registration, and compliance matters.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide status updates and guidance throughout the filing and registration process.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Research and process state, county, and municipal business license applications and renewals.
• Review licensing requirements and identify applicable licenses based on business activities and locations.
• Monitor filing deadlines and renewal requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of filings, approvals, and renewal schedules.
• Communicate with government agencies to obtain information and resolve filing issues.
• Prepare and submit nonprofit formation documents, charitable registrations, and related compliance filings.
• Research nonprofit filing requirements at state and federal levels.
