Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Legal Operations Analyst - Legal Technology Advocacy & Operations to join the Legal department in a hybrid capacity. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, partner with Marketing and Product, and translate IAM capabilities into compelling value propositions for the legal persona.

You will support lawyers and legal operations professionals, design automated processes, and help scale outreach programs across customer and prospect engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD not required.
• 5+ years of related experience in operations, legal operations, or program management.
• Experience with legal technology industry and workflow pain points in corporate legal departments.
• Experience building and deploying digital agents or advanced automated workflows.
• Experience communicating with senior legal executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support legal leaders in customer/prospect interactions with comprehensive intelligence, briefings, and strategic talking points.
• Be the expert on the IAM platform and develop compelling content for customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing to tailor messaging for the legal persona (in-house lawyers).
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for customers.
• Design and deploy automated agentic solutions to streamline operations and demonstrate IAM power.
• Create enablement materials, collateral, and case studies for sales teams.
