Job summary

Namely is seeking a Senior Legal Systems and Operations Specialist to join our Legal team. This remote role requires NA Eastern time zone hours and reports to the Assistant General Counsel, Global Employment and Procurement.

You will lead IT tooling for the Legal department, manage budgets and vendor relations, and support document management and e-signature workflows. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in-house legal tech, hands-on experience with Docusign, SharePoint, Salesforce, and AI tools,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an in-house corporate Legal Department.
• Experience implementing and managing typical Legal IT tools like Docusign, SharePoint, and AI contracts review tools.
• Ability to train Legal team users and lead IT implementations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Select, implement, and maintain all IT tools used by the Legal team.
• Collaborate with IT and Legal to define and test tool requirements.
• Train Legal team users on technology and use cases.
• Manage Legal Department purchasing, budget, events, and vendor relations.
• Maintain document repositories and signing workflows via Salesforce/Docusign.
• Provide admin support to the GC travel and expenses; handle governance matters.
