Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a mid-level in-house attorney for procurement and commercial acceleration. You will draft and negotiate standard inbound procurement agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and real estate documents.

You will drive technology-driven improvements, evaluate contract management tools, and serve as a strategic liaison to multiple teams including Legal, Procurement, Real Estate, Sales, IT, and Finance. You will also test new features, provide product feedback, and help scale intelligent agreement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house legal or tech contracting experience.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the US Bar.
• In-house experience in high tech industry preferred.
• Strong appetite for growth in an AI-infused environment with a product mindset.
• Excellent contract negotiating and drafting skills.
• Solid understanding of data privacy and data security in SaaS contexts.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on inbound procurement agreements and related real estate docs.
• Identify pain points in procurement workflows and design tech-driven improvements.
• Lead evaluation/implementation of contract management tech and AI tools.
• Configure CLM/IAM platforms, automate workflows, and develop templates and playbooks.
• Provide feedback to product teams; test features and advocate for customers.
