Datadog is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to join our Legal Operations subgroup. The role involves supporting the global legal team and driving scalability across the organization, from contracts to compliance. You’ll work in a hybrid environment to balance collaboration and focused work.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in legal operations, contract management or project management.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Brightflag, Docusign, Salesforce, Coupa, Confluence, Jira and Office365.
Interest in exploring technology and solving problems.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and act with initiative.

Responsibilities

Partner with legal and non-legal process owners to support process improvements, optimization and automations.
Assist with technical teams to implement solutions and troubleshoot issues for the legal team.
Maintain knowledge resources for all legal subgroups and collaborate on various projects.
Conduct vendor and customer sanction screenings to identify risks and ensure compliance.
Analyze data to drive initiatives and assist in planning.
Support technology by becoming a superuser of systems used by the legal team.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing timely updates.
