Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking an experienced Legal Project Manager for a remote 6-month contract to support a global legal operations team. You will manage complex programs, budgets, dashboards, and governance while collaborating with internal teams and external counsel.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in project or program management, legal operations exposure, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• At least 2 years supporting a legal department, legal operations team, or law firm.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, and actuals-versus-budget reporting.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience building and maintaining trackers, reporting frameworks, and operational documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain program documentation, trackers, timelines, and project plans
• Track budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance reporting across legal initiatives
• Collect and consolidate financial estimates from stakeholders and external partners
• Prepare recurring status reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, and action item tracking
• Coordinate with legal teams, external counsel, finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deadlines
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and visibility
• Ensure documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date
• Drive follow-ups and accountability across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and financial information
