Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Strategic Client Success Manager, Legal, remote (Midwest/West). You will own client health, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value across a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the legal sector.

You’ll align with Account Managers, manage at‑risk accounts, and serve as a subject‑matter expert on Intapp Intake, Conflicts & Terms. Travel up to 10–20% will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client success or advisory roles for professional services firms, ideally in legal.
• Experience with Intapp Intake, Conflicts or Terms or risk/compliance domains.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise client portfolios with executive stakeholders.
• Strong listening, influencing, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for client visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Own client health across a portfolio and translate data into actionable success plans.
• Identify at‑risk accounts and lead remediation or expansion efforts.
• Align with Account Managers on plans, priorities, and milestones.
• Drive proactive, outcome‑focused engagement with assigned accounts.
• Lead client reviews, presenting health metrics and recommendations.
• Act as SME in Intapp Intake, Conflicts & Terms across product lines.
• Consult post‑deployment to maximize solution adoption and value.
