Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Legal Services Manager to join its Center of Excellence within the Legal Operations Team. You will review high-volume, repeatable work, act as the initial legal contact, and support ad-hoc operational tasks to improve efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in Legal Ops/Contracts and strong drafting/negotiation skills, with experience using contracting tools and AI to enhance efficiency. Remote-first with occasional in-person meetings guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Legal Ops/Contracts roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and drafting/negotiation of NDAs, SOWs, and related agreements.
• Experience with contracting tools (Salesforce, Conga, Office, Google Suite, Airtable, DocuSign, Acrobat).
• Experience using AI to improve day-to-day legal work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer-first attitude.
• Process-minded and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for GTM and Telecom Carrier Relations on contracts.
• Review and respond to a high volume of legal requests while ensuring policy adherence.
• Negotiate NDAs, SOWs, assignment and transition agreements, service orders, and related documents.
• Support eBilling matter creation and billing processes; be an operational expert in COE.
• Contribute knowledge to the COE Playbook and support cross-functional projects.
