Job summary

Legal.io is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager for a 6-month secondment. This remote, United States–based role offers $55–$75 per hour and focuses on legal holds, case management, and vendor coordination.

You will develop policies, work with IT and security to optimize workflows, and use Relativity, DISCO and Exterro, along with Excel, Slack, Jira and Confluence, to drive efficient eDiscovery operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an eDiscovery Generalist with legal holds and case management.
• Ability to coordinate with outside and internal counsel and vendors.
• Proficient with Relativity, DISCO, Exterro and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage legal holds with accurate notices and execution.
• Track and update ongoing cases with counsel and vendors.
• Draft policies and guidelines for eDiscovery workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and security to enhance workflows.
• Support data migration and tool integration (Exterro a plus).
• Maintain detailed case trackers and draft communications.
• Use Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, and JIRA for collaboration.
