Job summary

You will develop dashboards and reports, track metrics, manage outside counsel invoices and budgets, and help optimize workflows, governance, and notary-related tasks as needed. The role emphasizes collaboration with business partners and legal teams to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience supporting legal operations, legal administration, law firm operations, corporate legal departments, business operations, project coordination, finance, or related functions or equivalent combination of education, training, certification and experience.
• Experience with legal and procurement technology platforms, including matter management and e-billing, contract management, AI-enabled technologies or similar applications.
• Power BI and analytics experience to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and continuous improvement of OGC processes and workflows by tracking workload capacity, matter volumes, workflow trends, and operational metrics.
• Develops and maintains desk level procedures, user resources, and training materials, and provides end-user support for OGC systems and processes.
• Develops, maintains, and distributes dashboards, scorecards, trend analyses, and operational reports to support various departmental operational reporting needs.
