Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in legal operations or related functions.
• Experience with legal and procurement technology platforms such as matter management, e-billing, contract management or AI-enabled tools.
• Data analysis and dashboard development using BI tools.
• Notary public (preferred) or willingness to become one.
• Strong written and oral communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and continuous improvement of OGC processes and workflows.
• Develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, trend analyses, and operational reports.
• Serves as administrator and support resource for OGC technology platforms and vendor management.
• Coordinates technology implementations, projects, and initiatives with planning and issue management.
• Prepares desk procedures, training materials, and end-user support.
• Assists with audits, information requests, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Supports outside counsel and vendor management activities, including onboarding and billing.
• Maintains compliance with privacy policies and records retention standards.
• Assists with evaluating emerging technologies and automation opportunities.
