Job summary

E Logistics is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support regulatory and operational tasks across the legal department. This fully remote role focuses on improving onboarding, data management, reporting, and governance to drive efficiency and compliance.

You will work with finance, IT, HR and other teams to streamline processes, build dashboards, and support vendor and outside counsel activities while contributing to the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in legal operations management.
• Experience in-house or at a law firm preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory and operational support to enhance daily legal tasks.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, HR and other partners to meet functional goals.
• Develop data, reports and dashboards to support decision making.
• Assist with onboarding, vendor management and outside counsel processes.
• Support information governance and data management activities.
