Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in administrative, legal operations, or data/reporting roles.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in task completion.

• Ability to document processes clearly and work independently.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for business units and document needs.
• Develop requirements and deliver process/reporting build-outs or improvements.
• Evaluate processes and system capabilities to boost efficiency.
• Compile status reports, dashboards, and analytics for outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data cleanup.
• Document workflows and meeting outcomes; support automation projects.
• Adapt to evolving requirements and perform multiple functions.
