Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to support contract operations across vendor, marketing, and commercial legal teams. The role drives process improvements, tool implementations, and scalable workflows to help the business move faster.

You’ll partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Procurement, and IT to optimize processes, build dashboards, and deliver training materials for contract management platforms. Remote-first with flexible office options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract management, legal operations, or contract technology administration.
• Experience with Ironclad, Zip, and similar CLM platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google, and Contentful.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ironclad CLM platform: system administration, templates, approvals, and integrations.
• Oversee contract database management with data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Develop technical solutions for contract intake, triage, and lifecycle management for vendor and commercial agreements.
