Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform all steps for creating attorney bills from Proformas/Prebills to final delivery (e-mail or e-bill), including edits and approvals.
• Assist lawyers and secretaries with analysis on clients, including time and billing reports.
• Collaborate with Billing, Pricing, AR, GL, and Conflicts groups on discounts, historical data, transfers from escrow, and billing addresses.
• Navigate vendors' sites for invoice submission, AR Review, and Rate Processing.
