• Two+ years of high-volume time and billing experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; ability to liaise with partners, associates, secretaries, accounting and clients.
• Solid basic math skills and familiarity with time and billing software.
• Ability to multitask, exercise independent judgement and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create attorney bills from proformas to final delivery, including edits and approvals.
• Assist lawyers and secretaries with time and billing analysis and reports.
• Collaborate with Billing, Pricing, AR, GL and Conflicts teams on discounts, rates and transfers.
• Navigate vendor portals for invoice submission, AR review and rate processing.
