Qualifications

• Two years of high-volume time and billing experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with partners, associates, secretaries, accounting, and clients.
• Solid basic math skills and demonstrated technology skills with software applications.

Responsibilities

• Create attorney bills from printing Proformas/Prebills to final delivery by email or e-bill, including edits, issue research, formatting and approvals.
• Assist lawyers and secretaries with analysis on clients, including time and billing reports.
• Collaborate with Billing, Pricing, AR, GL teams and Conflicts to maintain rates/discounts and manage transfers from escrow.
• Navigate vendors' websites for invoice submission, AR review and rate processing.
