Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, seeks a Legal AI Advisor (JD) to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from RelativityOne, claiR, and aiR. You’ll report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, work across the full customer lifecycle, and bridge legal practice with AI-enabled workflows to drive adoption at scale.

This US-based, hybrid/remote role offers a competitive total compensation package with a salary range of $152,000–$228,000, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.
• 3+ years of legal practice in law firms or in‑house legal teams preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and ability to explain complex AI concepts to lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Lead pre-sales demonstrations and align Relativity AI capabilities with real legal use cases.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and ongoing support.
• Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and marketing teams.
• Bridge legal workflows with AI-enabled tools and drive adoption across the customer lifecycle.
