Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, seeks a Legal AI Advisor to help customers adopt Relativity's AI platform and claiR. You will work remotely in the US, guiding lawyers through workflows from discovery to litigation and bridging legal practice with AI tools.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting and requires a JD with bar admission and 7+ years of legal experience. Competitive compensation included.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission required.
• 7+ years practicing law at a firm and/or in-house team; litigation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Client-facing experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• Knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers across firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
• Serve as a credible peer to engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity's AI capabilities to real use cases.
• Help secure the legal win by showing value of AI solutions.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption.
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to translate adoption into growth.
• Provide feedback to Product/Engineering on user needs and usability.
• Translate legal workflows into practical AI-enabled processes.
