Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Legal AI Advisor. This role combines legal expertise with technology to help customers adopt Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers.

The advisor will work across the customer lifecycle, report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and focus on driving adoption at scale. 212k–318k salary range applies, plus competitive compensation.

Qualifications

JD is required and Bar admission.
10+ years practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate teams, service providers, and public sectors.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
Act as voice of the legal customer to provide feedback to product teams and refine capabilities.
Bridge legal and technical workflows, translating AI capabilities for legal professionals.
